Christmas pudding truffles

Scrummy recipes made with seasonal leftovers – these Christmas pudding truffles are pure indulgence.


Makes 12

  • 400g leftover Christmas pudding, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 350g white chocolate, chopped
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder


1. Place the crumbled pudding into a bowl and stir in the orange juice to moisten. Roll small amounts in your hands to form balls.

2. Heat the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of gently-simmering water. Stir to melt and remove from the heat.

3. Use two small spoons to dunk the pudding balls into the chocolate, turning to completely coat. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.

4. Allow to set completely and coat in the cocoa powder.
